The main thing is not to panic.

We were unable to write off the amount from your card. This is possible if:

1) the site has a large number of orders in one unit of time - advice: try a little later!
2) the card data is incorrect - advice: try carefully again to enter the data
3) there are not enough funds on the card - advice: make sure that the balance is sufficient

If SMS does not come - contact your bank or try to pay again after a while.
